Eagle Street, Holborn

Our task was to redesign and deep retrofit a former commercial printers, and turn it into a holistic therapy centre in central london. Our client is a charity organisation, who required a soft and functional interior whilst descreetly fitting into the streetscape.

Our involvement was from project conception, where we took the intial design through the planning and building regulations stages, and later completed the build.

The works included insulating the floor, walls and ceilings, providing acoustic treatment to the therapy rooms, installing new electrical and plumbing services including a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system (MVHR), and finishing to a specification which met the client and end user’s needs.
