Pilton Place, Elephant & Castle

Pilton Place is a 50sqm 1-bedroom apartment refurbishment in Elephant & Castle, London, designed to be rented out by the client for a young professional couple. The project consisted of a new kitchen & bathroom, new electrical & gas services, and high level finishes throughout.

The plywood kitchen is complimented with a white quartz worktop, creating a modern, playful kitchen and dining space. The bathroom has been upgraded and uses a clean finish highlighted with turquoise tiles. Floor finishes throughout consists of two materials - natural cork, and engineered timber.

Due to the client’s requirements, the project was turned around in 10 weeks from conception to completion.
